Since our products are consumable food items, we follow a strict No Return policy except in cases where the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

1. Eligibility for Return & Replacement

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged or leaking product.
  • You received an incorrect item (different quantity, size, or variant than ordered).
  • The product is found to be expired or not suitable for consumption at the time of delivery.

Note: Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling.
  • Items purchased from third-party sellers or marketplaces not directly affiliated with ABM.

3. Refund Process

If your return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation of return.
  • For replacements, a new product will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to any other reason, the buyer will bear the shipping charges.
